Fees/Costs for Buying

If you are buying a new property, or refinancing an existing loan, below is a summary of our fees/costs:

Flat Rate Settlement Fee. This fee covers the following:

Complete Closing Services
Judgment and Lien Search
Title Examination
Closing Document Preparation
Escrow Services

Lenders Policy: $125, if issued simultaneously with an Owner's Policy.

Policy Endorsements:

Florida Form 9: 10% of the Owner's Policy Premium
All other endorsements: $25/each, if applicable.

Note: In addition to the fees/costs outlined above, parties may be charged for courier, wire, and other miscellaneous fees that may become applicable.
